In 2013, she founded The Garcia Real Estate Group, now two divisions, serving as a premier real estate team known for its integrity, market expertise, and client-first culture. Her teams continue to rank among the top performers nationwide, specializing in luxury properties while serving clients from every walk of life with the same level of care and dedication.
For more than 17 years, Haley has also served as an executive business coach, helping leaders, entrepreneurs, Realtors®, and loan officers scale their businesses with clarity and strategy. Her work in leadership development, team culture, and personal growth led her to co-found Impact Elite Coaching, a coaching company dedicated to guiding professionals toward sustainable success through mindset mastery, strategy, and accountability.
Deeply engaged in her community, Haley currently serves as President of The Woodlands Arts Council, where she champions arts education and events such as the renowned Waterway Arts Festival.
