I started my house hunting process on a whim when I saw a house on Zillow that piqued my interest enough to click "send me info"; Hamza was the realtor that replied to the request, and scheduled the showing with me.

When we met for the first time and walked through the first of many houses, he asked all the right questions to get an idea of what I wanted on this journey to find my "Home".

As a single woman with a property management background, I have a high list of expectations in a house, and a critical eye for details. Hamza heard and respected ALL of what I wanted and was “Team Maggie” all the way. Even when family would join a tour, offering up their own opinions on a house, Hamza was always looking out for my best interest, remembering my preferences, and keeping what I wanted as the bottom line. The work he did behind the scenes was always for “Team Maggie”. We toured about a dozen houses looking for the one that felt like Home; he would always point out the things that matched my list, as well as listen to any concerns I had. After what felt like the never ending month of house visits, we finally found my home. It was a Saturday afternoon, Hamza had every single answer at his fingertips, and was able to call my lender to get the exact numbers I needed to make the decision.

Since I am a first time home buyer, Hamza was able to recommended a lender and an attorney that I could work with.

I can’t say more amazing things about how easy this whole process was with the three of them. After my offer was accepted I was able to close within 2 weeks. That’s right 2 weeks!!!! The home buying process was very stressful and Hamza kept me calm and hopeful the whole time. Once I was under contract it was all smooth sailing.

I have no intentions of moving or leaving my

amazing Home, but if for some reason I do need to, Hamza will be my first call. As will some of my family…. 10/10

Let me write in detail about Hamza Hassan, to justify why I highly recommend him to be your Real Estate Agent. So, I contacted him over the phone, as we were buying the property from the other state. Over the phone, his personality, his professionalism, his dedication can be seen. I was impressed in our first call.
This was our very first home to buy with him. And he literally showed that interest and dedication to us, that we would want to see in an agent. He was very serious and professional during the whole process. He showed us flexibility, availability almost every time that we needed.
He would share with us all updates, details and upcoming expectations. As a first-time home buyer, where people are scared due to less details and market fear, Hamza made it easy and transparent.
And one day I met him when I flew to Chicago to tour different properties that he scheduled for me according to my availability and calendar. When I met him in person, I found him very Humble, decent, Honest and very respected towards their clients. All I can say is Hamza was there to guide us every step of the way! As first time home buyers we were quite nervous and stressed out by the entire process. We are also originally not from this area, so that added an additional layer of complexity in terms of knowing where to look for a home and what neighborhoods to consider. Hamza's in depth knowledge of the SW suburbs proved invaluable. He was also not afraid to tell it like it is and flat out say "No, don't buy this property" and this ensured a steady hand was helping keep us from making a big mistake. Hamza is very attentive, responsive, and super friendly. I couldn't recommend him more for anyone looking to buy a home!

I was a first time buyer with no clue of the process of buying a house. I met Hamza through his brother who is my co-worker. His brother was proudly describing Hamza's status and skills as a realtor so I decided to contact him. That same day, he officially became my realtor. My house hunting journey with him was very pleasant where I found him easy to talk to, humorous and organized in his scheduling of showings. When my own choices of houses to view failed to meet my expectations, I asked hamza to give his own recommendations. One day, after a few months of searching, he surprised me with a house that I instantly fell in love with! I met Hamza in February of 2020. He called me up after I was on Realtor.com house hunting. The deal we were looking at for a house fell thru because of pricing issues. Then Covid happened. My Girlfriend and I really felt like he has our best interests at heart so much so that I called him directly in May of this year to start our house hunt again. Thanks to Hamza I am a home owner!! I started this journey over 6 years ago with him but at thr time I was not ready. I never forgot his professionalism and how flexible he was with viewing homes. So of course once I felt ready I reached back out to him. We viewed quite a few homes tbh lol but not once did he ever make me feel rushed or like he was over all the home visits. He pointed out possible issues and reminded me of what's important when looking at a home. I now have a 4 bed 2 bathroom newly remodeled home that was appraised for over the amount I paid!!!! Hamza worker with us for over 6 months to find the perfect home. He was really great to work with and very good at getting us in quickly to see the homes we liked. We closed on our first home this week after giving up hope that we’d find THE ONE. This home was everything we had hoped for and in todays competitive market we only stood a chance at getting in to see it because Hamza had a great relationship with the seller’s realtor. He was able to get us an appointment to see it ahead of any other buyers. He worked very hard at negotiating in our favor and we ended up happy at finally finding something my husband and I both loved. Thank you Hamza! I have been working with Mr. Hassan for about a year now and I can say that Mr. Hassan is no ordinary real estate agent. Mr. Hassan educates his clients and finds what right for them. Throughout the contract and closing process, Mr. Hassan makes sure the transaction moves smoothly by making sure all parties on on track to close on time. Mr. Hassan is an experienced agent which makes him a great buyer’s and an even better listing agent. I have worked with transactions with Mr. Hassan on the buyer and seller side and even in this wild market, Mr. Hassan finds ways to make sure his clients get the best possible deal they can.
