Before becoming a real estate agent, Hank worked as a welder, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), and welding instructor at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, Missouri. Alongside his teaching career, Hank began investing in real estate, gaining valuable property management experience that now enhances his ability to guide clients.
