My husband and I would happily recommend Wess for anyone in search of a professional yet laid-back realtor. He managed to be on top of his job while providing a comfortable environment to house hunt in. We were limited on time being from out of state yet he worked us in his schedule whenever we needed, as well as gladly showing us too many houses to count. We ended up finding the perfect house in a difficult market thanks to Wess and his persistence to help us!

100000% would always go to Hannah for purchasing a home or any other home related things! Not afraid to tell you what options would and wouldn’t work for what you are looking for in a home, and works her tail off to make sure you can see a house the same day or very next day. I love that I’m always in contact with her via text as I get responses same day and even phone calls within the same hour if needed. Will forever be our go-to as she is so reliable and trustworthy, not to mention she gets to know you as a person, not just a buyer and that means so much to me and my little family looking for our first home as first time home buyers!

I highly recommend Wess Grassi, to anyone looking to hire a realtor!
He was professional, yet comfortable and easy to work with, with the sale of my father's (my childhood) home.
I know estates, can at times be challenging, however, Wess knew exactly how to handle all aspects of the transaction. Wess moved quickly and was able to get top dollar for our 66 y/o home.
I might also add, when they ask if you would like them to "Stage" your home, say "Yes"!
They did such a great job, I was tempted to buy my childhood home!

Wess is a great realtor very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain and keep me informed. Quick to respond to my questions and easy to get along with he showed me seven different homes 40 miles away from his home and smiling every time he showed up.
