Hannah Troxel

While working with Hannah Troxel, you will find that she is easy to contact at any time and happy to assist you with your needs. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2014 and earned her Real Estate Broker's license in 2020.
She has been blessed with a wonderful husband (Stephen), and 4 children. Stephen has completed 2 deployments to Iraq with the Iowa National Guard and is now the facility manager of Cargill feed. Their eldest daughter (Tessa) serves in the US Navy. Their second eldest son (Stephen A.) is finishing high school and plans to join the Navy like his sister. Their youngest 2 (Grayson and Elise) are still in elementary school and enjoying life to the fullest!

Since 2018 she has been a volunteer firefighter/EMT for Wapello County Rural Fire Department and served as President 2020-2021. This is one of her favorite things to do! She also LOVE muscle cars and is currently working on a 1971 Chevrolet C10 frame-off restoration. She always has some sort of project in the works! Luckily, she has an understanding husband who puts up with everything she has going on. He encourages and inspires her every day.
