The root of her success is clear. Happy's ability to learn fast and willingness to work hard allowed her to enter the corporate world of Mattel Toys fresh out of college and parlay her gifts to gain invaluable marketing, sales, and management experience, rising quickly from an entry-level department assistant to Senior Marketing Manager of some of Mattel's most profitable toy lines. Coming to real estate after getting married and having a family, Happy brings this depth of experience and her substantial skill set to an arena well known to her, having grown up with another top real estate professional - her mother, Sarah French.

A 30+ year resident of Westchester, Happy is an active community member. She has served as a board member of Eastchester's Green Knolls - Greenvale Neighborhood for over ten years and continues to serve her community chairing yearly school district and sporting events. She resides in Eastchester with her husband Ralph and daughter, Luna (20) and son, Luca (18), both Eastchester High School graduates and now attending the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore Business School.
