Ari Mellado, a Miami native, has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years. As a former loan officer, and vice president of a major mortgage company, Ari has acquired a deep understanding of the industry. This has fueled his vast experience in creating and establishing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and the general public.

In 1999, he established Universal Trust Lenders, Inc. procuring and funding $1,350,000,000 in mortgage loans since inception. His years of experience have given him the opportunity to train and develop a staff to identify opportunities resulting in 30% revenue growth.

His passion within real estate and Miami’s continuously evolving market continues and he fully embraces living in what most would call Paradise.
