About Harlan

Harlan is the owner of one of the best residential real estate firms in Sioux Falls. He has the following designations to show his professionalism: (CRP)Certified Relocation Professional, the National Association of Realtors (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist, (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute. He gets many ideas from an elite national group “The Cyber stars” (Brad Korns group). He has been the past chairperson of the Multiple Listing Service.

In addition to real estate, Harlan enjoys spending time with the family, camping, and listening to Christian music. He has been married since 1971 to Mona, blessed with two daughters, and now enjoying their grandchildren. He is a member and twice past chairperson of the “Prairie Hills Covenant Church” of Sioux Falls.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give Harlan a 10 which is extraordinary! He knows the ins and outs of location and how it fits your needs. He listens to what you want and does everything in his power to meet that criteria. Harlan answers every question you may have and if he doesn't know the answer he researches it until he can give you an answer.He is always there for you even after a closing. He is the most reliable person I have ever met!
