Harold is several cuts above the rest. I generally find realtors as simple transactors while Harold is very relationship driven. He is a very detailed and a shrewd negotiator. He truly knows ALL things residential real estate! One thing that stuck out in particular is after a long day of house shopping over 6 homes in the Howard country area and we went our separate ways and my wife were at a restaurant deciding on one of the homes. Harold was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to rent an apartment. We talked generally about what I might be looking for in an apartment and Harold gave me some great background info/advice on making sure I waited until I was really ready to commit to something to look because of how quickly places go in this market. As soon as I was ready, he compiled a list of properties that fit all my requirements perfectly, exhibiting a real sense of what areas would be a good fit and really listening to my priorities. My favorite listing already had two applications in, but Harold was able to convince them to just wait for me to see the place and give me a chance to submit an application, so we went to see it that evening and I loved it! I submitted the application that night and was prepared to follow Harold's suggestions for negotiating and making my application more attractive. It turned out that I didn't have to as my application was accepted right away and I signed the lease within a week! Harold was always extremely responsive, available, professional, exceptionally positive and patient with all my annoying questions. This was my first time renting a place and he was really helpful, informative and overall great to work with.
