Asheville is a one-of-a-kind place, and its real estate market certainly is unique as well. Working several years as a local Realtor has taught Hart a lot. His approach to the real estate process is to keep calm, be patient, find solutions, and maintain communication. He has built relationships with local service providers to give his clients the knowledge they need to succeed. Hart works with buyers and sellers and although they have different objectives, he has a solid record of closing good results for both sets of clients from all kinds of backgrounds. Buying or selling a property is more than a transaction; for most folks it is a major life event. He was born in Memphis but got here as soon as he could. He has been fortunate to call the Blue Ridge mountains his home since he came to attend Warren Wilson College in fall 2003. He graduated in 2007, honored with the Senior Service award, and before becoming a WNC Realtor, he worked for a local non-profit in Asheville as a certified housing and credit counselor. He earned his NC real estate license in 2012 and since then he’s helped hundreds of people buy and sell property around Asheville, Buncombe and WNC. When he’s not showing houses or taking listing appointments, he enjoys working on home renovation projects, walking the dogs, playing music, tinkering with cars, and competing in the local adult soccer and bowling leagues. Please connect with him by phone, text or email if you are looking to buy or sell a home in or near Asheville and Buncombe County.
