Harveer Singh is a New York & New Jersey Licensed Salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. He has been personally acquiring, building and managing rental properties since 2006. Harveer started his career as a CPA, working for a Big 4 accounting firm then moved on to open up a boutique startup consulting firm, Fostering Business Solutions. Harveer stayed true to his passion for real estate and joined the Rand team.

His experience in the accounting and finance world has assisted him in working with the complex numbers in real estate transactions.
