Haydn Halsted is a passionate real estate professional, educator, and community advocate based in Spokane, Washington. A graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s in Music Education, Haydn transitioned from teaching and performing to real estate in 2020, blending his love for education with a commitment to helping others achieve their homeownership goals.

Through his "education-first" approach, Haydn has built the largest real estate-focused YouTube channel in Spokane, providing market insights and relocation guidance to clients nationwide. His dedication has made him a trusted resource for relocation buyers, ensuring their transition to Spokane is seamless and community-oriented.

Beyond real estate, Haydn actively supports Spokane's arts community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Spark Central, where he teaches music programs that inspire creativity in local youth. He also performs regularly with local bands, staying deeply connected to Spokane’s vibrant arts scene.

Haydn's leadership extends to the Realtor community, where he has chaired local and state committees, organized events bridging generational gaps in the industry, and served on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Realtors Association. His accolades include Realtor Magazine 30 Under 30, recognition as one of REAL Broker's Top 20 Agents in the U.S. by Units Sold (Q3, 2024 & Q2, 2025) out of 20,000+ agents, and Spokane Realtors YPN Pillar Award (2022).
