Growing up on the MacLean family farm in McGraw, Hayley developed a deep appreciation for the land and a passion for transforming houses into homes. Watching her father renovate their old farmhouse sparked her love for real estate and home improvement, laying the foundation for her career.
After graduating as Valedictorian from McGraw Central School—where she was also a dedicated soccer player—Hayley pursued a degree in Animal Science at SUNY Cobleskill while continuing her soccer career. Following college, she remained connected to the local agricultural community, working as a parts associate at CNY Farm Supply and Cazenovia Equipment, while also running a small business crafting homemade décor items.
More recently, Hayley embraced her most rewarding role yet—being a mom to her twins and “bonus daughters.” She and her husband, Justin, who operates a blacktop plant in Polkville, have made Homer their home.
In her free time, Hayley enjoys playing softball, tending to her backyard chickens, and exploring new adventures with her family—all of which deepen her connection to the Cortland County community.
Her diverse experiences have instilled in her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of home and land value. Hayley is committed to guiding clients through the buying and selling process with personalized service, local expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call home.
