About Hayley
She values her work with each client, and she also likes her clients to know that she is a member of and an advocate for the LGBTQ community. She has a unique perspective concerning the housing market and how the LGBTQ community affects it, is affected by it, and is an integral part of it.
While she loves everything about her work, she also loves spending time with her family, including her wife, their two little boys and their big sister! Their sons are fortunate to attend a bilingual elementary school in Lafayette; their daughter attends high school in Boulder. They love co-parenting their active family and they cherish their time together. Her experience as a parent helps her to understand what “home” means to every family.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Washington University in Washington DC and later went on to culinary school in Manhattan. Before she began her real estate career in 2001, she did many interesting things. She was a counselor at a residential treatment center for adolescents; a job coach for developmentally disabled people; and owner and chef of her own catering business in Boulder
This whole time, she loves real estate, but resisted getting her license, because her image did alter was did not match who she was as a person. When she finally decided to leap into real estate, she knew it would work for her toe held true to her core values and beliefs: always do the right thing; be kind and respectful to her fellow human being, and have her feet firmly always planted on the ground. She is so glad that she took that leap, she loves what she does, and she loves the clients with whom she interacts!
