Hayley Wateska

Beginnings
Even as a kid Hayley remembers begging her parents to take her to visit open houses on the weekends. As she puts it, there’s “something about seeing different homes, the character, the houses that needed love, the decorating… it just excited me!” When she was in college, she was always the roommate who hunted for the next rental house. But her interest in serving people first led her to earn a master’s degree in counseling. It took a few years for her to decide that she could combine both her ability and desire to help people with her love of real estate into a deeply satisfying career.

“Trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working” are all words that clients have used to describe Hayley. She is fully committed to her profession and serving her clients well. In fact, that availability and responsiveness is one of the things that makes Hayley a great agent. She knows that real estate can be a fast-paced and “spur of the moment” business, and she wants her clients to know that she is there every step of the way, even when that means responding to emails late in the evening or visiting homes early in the morning.
