Hi, I'm Heather Dalrymple, your 2018 REALTOR OF THE YEAR for the Flagler County Association of REALTORS!

I was born in Allentown, PA & obtained a Bachelor of Science in Genetic Engineering from Cedar Crest College.

In 2013, I moved to Palm Coast, FL. After relocating, I decided that I wanted my Real Estate license so that I could assist others in finding the happiness I've attained. This area is perfect for you if you enjoy walking/biking trails, public parks, close proximity to the beach & lots of outdoor activities.

I work full time with both buyers & sellers. I'm available to help guide you through the process. I have earned several designations & certifications including the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), FMS (Florida Military Specialist), & e-Pro (Social Media Marketing). I believe that continuing education is an essential part of this profession.

I'm also involved in the volunteer capacity serving other REALTORS & our community. I was the 2018 Chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Flagler County Association of REALTORS. I'm also the 2019 Secretary for the MLS Board of Managers at FCAR, which is an elected position with a 3 year term.

I'm primarily focused between St Augustine & Daytona Beach, including Palm Coast, the Flagler Beaches & Ormond Beach. If you are interested in a property outside of my service area, I will promptly refer you to another qualified agent.
