Heather Foster is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX One who possesses extensive and varied professional knowledge of the real estate industry. As a former mortgage lender and financial advisor with her Series 7 license, Heather brings an extremely well-rounded eye to each transaction. In addition to being knowledgeable from a transactional standpoint, she also has experience working with other real estate professionals, creating outreach and volunteer programs, and serving on local community boards. She is a military relocation specialist! Majority of her clients are serving our country. She loves working with them as she relates and understands their lifestyle. She has vast experience with her buyers relocating to the area and buying sight unseen.

Heather and her college-sweetheart Husband of over 25 years, Tim, have three beautiful children: Sean, Brooke, and Leigh. After Tim got out of the Marine Corps, they moved to St. Mary's County and currently reside in Hollywood. They love living in St. Mary’s County where they can raise their family in an area that has a small-town feel while being in close proximity to major metropolitan centers. Heather is loves working as a real estate agent and serving her clients daily.
