Highly likely to recommend 11/13/2017 - cmannello11 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Marlton, NJ. Local knowledge: 5 star Process expertise: 5 star Responsiveness:5 star Negotiation skills:5 star I met Heather but just doing an inquiry on a house I liked online and it was the best thing for my house hunting journey. We met at that house and she asked me everything I was looking for in my new home; location, schools, price, square footage, etc. She sent me numerous emails of lists of homesthat she thought met that criteria as soon as they hit the market. I had her out pretty much every weekend, looking at homes and she never made me feel like a bother. I have a little boy (almost two) and she would give her honest opinion on the area if she didn't think it was a good fit for the two of us. She thought about our future and well being before making a sale. We finally found our house and she got us the best deal possible with extras included :) I would 100% recommend Heather Garnick for anyone looking to buy and/or sell their homes. They will be in good hands!
