Heather Gowe’s local roots and professional background help clients navigate real estate transactions with ease—whether buying a new home or selling an existing one. As a licensed mortgage professional working with Upstate Premier Mortgage, she brings an added layer of financial insight to guide clients through both the home buying and financing process.
Born and raised in Tompkins County, Heather has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a strong network of connections throughout the community. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and takes the time to listen carefully to understand each client’s unique wants and needs. From there, she works diligently to help them achieve their goals.
As the former owner of a residential and commercial cleaning business, Heather developed a keen eye for what buyers look for in a home and what needs to be done to prepare a property for sale. She also brings more than 10 years of experience managing college dormitories, student housing, construction projects, and lake rentals—giving her valuable insight into property management and rental investments.
Heather’s friends and clients know her as someone they can trust. Her integrity, dedication, and strong work ethic have earned her lasting relationships and referrals. Clients appreciate having someone with her business expertise, leadership skills, and creative problem-solving abilities advocating for them throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, Heather enjoys cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, gardening, and volunteering in the community. She most recently served on the Planning Board Committee for the Montgomery Park playground build in Dryden, where she coordinated food donations that helped provide more than 1,000 meals during the seven-day community build.
Let Heather help make your next real estate transaction a successful one.
