Whether you’re buying or selling, having an agent that you trust fully is key. Our family has had the privilege to work with Heather on both sides of a transaction and I don’t think we could possibly give her a higher recommendation. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She’s one step ahead of everyone else, always completely thorough, and does an insane amount of analysis to make sure she’s getting things right. All of that then rolls into how confidently she can speak about your options and makes you feel secure in the choices you make. She makes sure your questions are answered and leaves you with no lingering doubts. She gives you answers to questions you didn’t even ask yet. She’s knowledgeable and resourceful, but equally as personable and thoughtful. She always felt to me like more of a friend, and with that, I was able to put all my trust in her. She will not steer you wrong and she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. Working with Heather is an absolute pleasure. As a military family that moves quite often, we just wish she could be licensed in every state so we’d never have to use another agent again.

I was very fortunate to work with Heather to purchase a home. I was a first time home buyer and she made my experience really great despite a tough market we were competing with. She was patient, supportive, and very flexible with viewing many homes. The best part about working with Heather was she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs rather than closing a deal. When the right one came along, we swooped it up and got it with the right strategy/approach that she advised. Heather was fantastic. She went the extra mile in every respect. She made a half dozen two-hour round trips to help us find the prefect home, she previewed homes and met with selling agents when we were out of town. Heather even met with contractors to make sure needed inspections were done, even when we could not attend. I don’t even know where to begin to accurately describe the level of satisfaction I have. Heather went above and beyond my expectations. Most of off, she personable and real. If you ask her for her professional opinion, she provides it. She is also VERY knowledgeable of the area. You always hear everyone say that the realtors work for you. Though that is true, I never felt like I was just a job to her because of the level of care and authenticity she gives. To give you a better idea of how satisfied I am, my job offered to give me an “incentive refund” if I would have used a realtor they provided. I chose to decline that and go with Heather. For me the process, relationship and quality will last longer than a small percentage.

Heather was AMAZING! She was referred over to us from Zillow directly and I am so glad we got paired up with her! The short review is this: Heather Grossman is the person you want on your team when it comes time for home buying!

The longer review: I met Heather a year before my husband and I started looking for a new home. We met on a plane, and she made such a wonderful impression on me! When my husband and I were a few months away from our lease being up, I searched and searched to find the amazing woman I had met a year earlier on the plane (I lost the business card). After touching base with her, my husband and I decided to hold off just a bit longer till we were closer to our lease expiring. Next thing we know the most amazing house came on the market! Within three days we had looked at the house, put in the offer, and had the offer accepted all thanks to Heather and the amazing lender she set us up with! The deal was closed in 4 weeks!

We could not be happier with the results of our amazing time with Heather. If you are looking for someone that is going to advocate for you quickly and efficiently to get the job done, you need Heather!
