Hillary is incredible at what she does; not only is she a font of knowledge, she’s a genuinely great person to be around. She made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, from finding the right property, making an official offer, and negotiating with the seller to get a better deal, right through to closing on our forever house. Team Herr did an incredible job. I had to move out of state quickly and they made my transition trouble-free. Nikki Hayden was on top of getting my place on the market and their photographer/marketing team did Amazing! I knew as soon as I met Nikki I was going to work with Team Herr.
