Heather Hinson

A true Florida native, I was born in Miami and grew up in Seminole County with Wekiva Springs as my backyard. My twenties were spent in Orlando, lifeguarding at theme parks and selling floating Mickey Mouse ears at Disney. For several years to follow, I worked as an executive assistant in and around the Orlando area.

Prior to joining the industry and becoming part of the Greene Team, my husband Zach and I, moved to Volusia County and settled in DeBary. Four wonderful years, were spent as a stay-at-home mom to my two children. On the side, I sold vintage furniture at Flea Market Shows. While the side business didn’t award me a ton financially, it certainly awarded me my passions for selling and design. When it was time to go back to work, I thought Real Estate would be a natural choice.

Now, as my kids are off to school, my passions are fueled and my experience has prepared me for a successful career as a Realtor in Volusia County. As a licensed Florida Real Estate agent, I understand the stresses that arise and aim to ensure a positive and beneficial experience. From garage sales to assisting with home staging, I work closely with my clients and focus on productive communication through all stages of Real Estate. I am down-to-earth with a relentless spirit and work hard to be my client’s agent for life.
