Heather is an unbelievable realtor!! She came highly recommended from a couple friends in Denver so we knew we were in good hands but she was an absolutely incredible partner to us in finding the perfect first home. With a super creative and competitive offer, we were able to win the deal for the house we fell in love with within the day. With this being our first home-buying experience, she really took the time to explain to us every document and every step in the process. We always felt extremely supported and taken care of with Heather - I could truly not recommend working with her anymore!

Heather was awesome to work with. Super personable, super patient, and instead of being pushy, will even tell you when something is not a good deal! I respect that. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing, much less how to even get a mortgage. She made everything a breeze, it was almost effortless (not including trying to find a reasonable home in this current market!) We found the perfect first home suited to exactly my needs and she masterfully closed the deal. I felt like I was in good and honest hands the whole way through the process and she kept it fun. Heather answers every call! She is very in tune with daily market changes, we couldn't keep up without her. She always communicated well with us. Heather is very competitive which makes her an even stronger resource we found. When she toured our home to list it she literally took off the heels to get into our crawl space because she said I have to see everything I'm selling! When touring homes we've asked the selling realtor where crawl space was and found 9/10 didn't even know where it was so we appreciated Heather's aptitude to not miss a beat and be well informed. She was wonderful to work with and we would recommend and use again! She made a stressful process seamless.

Heather was recommended to us through some close friends who have worked with her to buy several properties. They said they would never use anyone else, and so our journey began. We are first time home buyers and started lightly looking about a year and a half ago. We would text Heather out of the blue and inquire about certain houses when we weren’t even ready to buy and she was so incredibly kind about it and answered our questions, looked into properties and got back to us at lightning speed. We were finally ready to make the jump about a month ago and the process went SO FAST.
