If I could give this team more stars, I would!! I am a licensed real estate agent in the Greater Phoenix area. Because this home is not in my area of the state, I knew that I needed some local help. This team went above and beyond to get our house sold. They know the Lake Havasu market very well and offered excellent guidance to get this done! Heather Macy, is absolutely the best realtor ever! From day one when I was interviewing realtors, she was always very prompt about returning my calls, text messages and answering all of my questions.
Heather brought us a full cash in only 4 days and closed within 30 days, no issues or problems. Everything went very smooth and I was always kept up to date with inspections and the needs of the buyer.
Heather came in and staged the home which looked amazing!
