This year my husband and I sold our home and purchased a new home with Heather, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Heather was always available and never made us feel silly for asking a million questions. And if she couldn’t answer a question we had, she would make sure someone else could. Heather is amazing! She helped us lease, buy and sell! Heather is professional and responsive. When we were buying, it was a daunting task with the criteria we gave her. She was always working and going above and beyond to find anything that popped up on the market. She got us in to showings and was honest when writing our offers. I never felt like she was in it for her own interest.
When we went to sell, she made multiple trips out to our house to help walk us through the process. She always offered suggestions and if she couldn’t answer our questions she would go back to her office and work on finding the answers for us. Her timely response was as if we were her only clients.
