About Heather

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and Lancaster County Association of Realtors. I am a seasoned investor of real estate and have personally bought, renovated and sold over 125 homes in Lancaster County as well as holding numerous rental homes, apartment complexes and small commercial projects. As a member of the local community, my husband Jere and I are certified by the state to give respite relief to a family with a child of special needs, participate in Lancaster prison ministry, host a foreign exchange student and serve as elders/leaders in our local church. I decided to get into real estate because I love helping people in the pursuit of finding their home and truly enjoy being a part of them achieving the dream of homeownership. I am a mother of four boys, and now have one grandson and three granddaughters. I was born and raised in Lancaster County and graduated from Conestoga Valley HS. Jere and I purchased our first home here and are now both in full time real estate careers. We are also property managers for a select group of investors. Feeling lucky is an understatement! I felt so fortunate to have worked with Heather to buy my new home. She has so much experience and knowledge and I learned so much from her. She took the time to show me multiple homes that I wanted to tour and and we had very valuable discussions about each. She took care of me every step of the way and like most people, I have a busy schedule but we made it work very well. Honestly, it was such a streamlined process. I am so happy with my new home!
