Heather sold my house at a time when It was not a buyers market like it is now.

She worked very hard to sell my house and we worked together every step of the way discussing price and showings strategies. She listened to my concerns and came up with great ideas to alleviate them. She held my hand the entire way.

She is the consummate professional and I look forward to working with her on my next sale or purchase of a house.

Heather was great. She took her time to listen to what we were looking for in our future home. She was full of resources to help us close quickly on our dream home. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience working with Heather and recommend her highly for both buying and selling a home.

As first time home buyers Heather took the time to explain the process and what to expect on our first meeting together. When looking at houses it felt like Heather was really looking for a place that was a good fit for us, pointing out both positive and negative features of the homes. It felt like having a friend who really cared that you found your perfect home. We never felt rushed or pressured. She did such a great job helping us through the process once we found our perfect home.

A few months later I asked for Heather's help in selling my grandfather's home after he passed away. She made the whole process so simple! She helped provide advise on small changes to help increase the value and helped set up professional help to get the jobs done. Once on the market she was dedicated to get the best price for the home. Given the unique situation, she did all the work in researching how to make sure all the paperwork was done correctly, which was so helpful in an already stressful situation.

I would describe Heather as hard working, thorough, caring, passionate, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She made us feel so supported. You will not regret your decision of choosing Heather as your realtor.
