About Heather

I have resided in the Clark and Cowlitz County, WA areas for over 35+ years and I absolutely LOVE that I am so blessed to call this place my home. I have been married for 28 years (together for 33), have a 21 year old son, and I am very active in my community. Currently I serve as the President and a Director of the CCAR Board, as well as Chair for RPAC and the Battle Ground Rotary Club Foundation Chair. I'm also a former Board Member of the Rocksolid Community Teen Center where I previously served as the President and Vice President of the Rocksolid Community Teen Center Board. My community services further extend as former nominated candidates for the Battle Ground Citizen and Battle Ground Business Person of the year and I am a proud recipient of the 2014 CCAR First Citizen Award. As someone who truly appreciates any opportunity to be outdoors, my hobbies are hiking, kayaking, fishing, outdoor fire pit nights, wine tasting, long scenic drives with my husband, yard work or just spending time with my family, dogs, and/or my friends. I absolutely love where we live and I invite any opportunity to experience and share what our Pacific Northwest has to offer. I can honestly say that even after all these years of calling this beautiful place of ours home, I still have moments of being in awe of my surroundings and am extremely grateful for the area I call home.

With over 18 years of observation, interaction and training in the real estate industry, plus my 24+ years in sales & marketing, I have been able to help sellers & buyers through every aspect of a real estate transaction. I pride myself on being knowledgeable and staying current with the constant changes in our real estate market and what is happening in and around our community. I believe that a good relationship is achieved by establishing trust and mutual respect among all participants. My approach is honest and straightforward and, as a real estate professional, I am known for keeping all parties involved well informed and doing so throughout the entire process. I'm often told I go above and beyond and I think perhaps this is because helping a person to make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility, yet something I enjoy doing. My enthusiasm, hard work and natural ability to help reduce the stress and anxiety often associated with a real estate transaction have been my strengths, as well as, my former role, Team Leader of the Keller Williams Premier Partners Market Center. In this leadership role, not only did I grow professionally & personally, I was a consultant for the top 20% of our agent community and had the opportunity to focus my time, attention & guidance on growth & best agent practices. It was an honor helping foster and mentor our agent community in many aspects of their businesses and I believe these are traits that will provide additional value for all clients that I serve.
