I frequently highly recommend Heather Roda. Heather not only handled the sale of our home of 30 years in Atascadero, but also assisted us in finding a perfect new home for us in Paso Robles. We trust Heather explicitly. In fact, Heather found our Paso Robles home for us while we were RVing on the east coast. Heather gave us the link to see the multiple listing, e-mailed us additional photographs, and showed the home to our family and friends so that they could report back to us. We purchased the home while we were RVing on the east coast. Heather transmitted us all the documents necessary for the financing and the escrow. We arrived in Paso Robles 3 weeks after the closing on our new home. Heather is only person we would ever trust to handle a purchase in this fashion. We literally did not see what we purchased until we returned. .After living in our home for over 6 years, we still feel It is truly the perfect home for my husband and I.

I have known Heather for almost 15 years and have always been impressed by her. When we were looking to sell our old home and buy our new one, there was no question that Heather was the Agent for us. She is diligent and hard working, bringing all the little details together to make the transactions seamless. She has surrounded herself with a group of Professionals who know their area of expertise and know how to get things done. Heather is amazingly detail oriented and handled every new challenge with an amazing amount of grace and professionalism. I would never think of using another Agent, Heather is the best!
