Heather is very good at what she does as a real estate agent. She knows the DC market very well. When we approached her about selling our condo, she explained how she will prep and list the property. We handed the key and left DC. She sold the condo and brought a good offer price to sell. She is one of the best I have worked with in the last 5 years. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending her to anyone or if I buy a property in DC again, she will be my agent.

After our house was sitting on the market for over two months during the late summer, with little interest, showings, and offers, we switched to Heather. Almost immediately, Heather had a detailed marketing plan to highlight the features of the home, the neighborhood, and community. She changed the staging of the house to make it more attractive to potential buyers, took better photos, and had a significantly bigger social media presence. After she took over, we saw a dramatic increase in web traffic, and almost immediately had a showing, which ended in an offer, which we accepted. Heather showed a great understanding of the area; it was obvious that she had honed her craft and has an excellent attention to detail. She has great communication skills, staying in constant contact with us and following through very quickly. We are so happy with the outcome and can't recommend her more.
