I highly recommend Heather as a realtor.

After my dad passed, my mom went into assisted living and we were left with her house that she lived in since it was build in 1970. My mom wanted to be as involved in the process as possible so I was the point person for Heather but Heather also visited my mom at her assisted living home on multiple occasions to have things signed and to go over the home inspection report. In addition to keeping us informed, Heather worked to schedule the repairs needed per the inspection report and kept us updated on everything that was happening.

Additionally, Heather made several key recommendations regarding getting the house ready to be put on the market and the staging of the home for the open house was wonderfully done!

Outside of being a great realtor, Heather was very personable and a joy to work with!

Heather was a pleasure to work with, she was patient and did her best in this insane housing market to help us find our home. We had a long journey to get to our new house but Heather was always friendly and encouraging along the way.
