Heather is endlessly cheerful and genuinely enjoys her job. Her enthusiasm for the home buying process sets her apart from other realtors we had worked with previously. She never makes you feel like you're being a burden. At one point she even used a negotiation tactic that would earn her less money just to get us in a home we loved! That was unheard of!

Heather learned all she could about our preferred area, she was great with our kids and she ultimately helped us buy a home we love.

Heather worked tirelessly, and at times late into the night to help me obtain my first home. She used her skills to negotiate with the V.A. to ensure I was able to buy our home from the V.A. The V.A. missed my submission offer and Heather followed up with them, where the V.A. then realized they missed my offer. If it wasn't for her diligence and follow through, my children and I would have missed out on our home. If I sell my first investment she will have my loyalty and I am confident she will help me find and get the next investment nailed down to my benefit! I highly recommend Heather and her team.
