About Heather
Heather started her Real Estate career at age 25 with a local builder in the Wilmington area. She gained experience in several different areas including land acquisition, project management, new home sales and transaction coordination. It didn’t take long for her to see that real estate was where she was meant to be. Her innate desire to grow as an entrepreneur comes from her family. Heather attributes this to her parents’ and grandparents’, ability to grow large, successful companies with innovative and creative thinking. A lot of drive, hustle and adaptability fueled her to always stay focused and accept any challenge she’s faced within this industry.
Fast forward a couple of years to when the market tanked, the real estate industry stopped and she had a new baby at home. She had built her business on open houses, sphere, door knocking and anything else that included boots on the ground. She had to adapt and shift her business plan to incorporate short sales. This gave her access and exposure and Heather started building relationships with investors and asset managers.
Heather started a team in 2017. Using her experience as a real estate coach helped her craft systems around efficiency. Shifting these systems into automation supports our team and gives them time (leverage) to focus on their clients and their businesses.
Heather now runs a successful real estate team in North Carolina, is a national real estate coach, has relationships with REO asset managers and travels nationally to bring back top ideas, systems and knowledge to her team. Her passion for coaching runs deep and she loves to share her experiences that can help others find their purpose and grow themselves as leaders. She continues to support agents on and off her team throughout the nation grow their businesses. Heather had a ton of support as she was building hers and she enjoys being able to give that back. She wants to help others catapult their businesses and lives so they can achieve their goals even faster.
