My wife and I worked with Heather as our realtor for over 2 years. We started looking at homes at a difficult time when the inventory was very low and the market was highly competitive. Heather was very knowledgeable, great at communicating, and most importantly - very patient with us as we took our time finding the right home. We also entrusted Heather with listing our existing home. She did a great job helping us navigate the waters on the other side of the transaction as sellers in a crazy market. She helped me with every step of the process from start to finish and answerered all of my questions and concerns along the way, and even offered advice when I needed it. She got our house on the market quickly and it sold that first weekend. She works with a phenomenal photographer who made our house shine!! This market is crazy. We knew it would be a daunting task to find a new home in the west Cleveland area, and I really wanted to find a realtor who knew the area, was well informed, and would go to bat for us when needed. I ended up speaking with five different agents and agencies, looking for the perfect partner in this search.

We were fortunate to have found Heather to help us find a home. Heather is incredibly attentive to her clients and is always making sure that they are taken care of. Heather is available at all hours day and night, weekdays and weekends (she even found the time to show us a home on Easter Sunday) and is incredibly accessible. Heather always returns text messages, calls and emails in a timely manner. Heather is very knowledgeable on the entire process – we were first time home buyers and she was great about guiding us through the entire process. She would check in on us from time to time to make sure everything outside the scope of her services was moving smoothly (i.e. getting the mortgage set up and working with title, etc.).

Heather is not one of these realtors who is trying to quickly sell a home to earn a commission. Several of the homes we chose to look at it didn’t feel like they would be a fit for us, and Heather did not show any frustrations. In fact, she also pointed out some things in these homes that we did not consider that could have been problematic for a buyer. Heather was able to get us into the home that we purchased on the day that it listed. Heather also worked with us late into that evening (approx. 11 pm) to put together our offer on the house to meet an early deadline the next morning. We love the house that we purchased and I am confident that we would not have found it without Heather’s services.

Heather has great contacts in the industry as well. She recommended an inspector who was friendly and knowledgeable, and at the same Heather was not pushy about using her contacts. Heather is also creative when it comes to structuring offers – Heather came up with a way to structure our offer on our home in a way that would elevate us above other potential buyers. Once the deal had closed, we found out from the sellers that Heather’s idea was a big factor in the sellers choosing our offer.

I would not hesitate to recommend Heather to any friends or family who are looking for high level realtor services, especially first time home buyers. Heather’s expertise combined with friendliness and patience makes her the best choice for everyone.

Heather is exceptional ! She sold our Strongsville house in 2017 when we moved to Florida and just guided me through the purchase of a house in Strongsville, helping me fulfill my wish to return. Due in large part to the travel limitations imposed by COVID-19, she visited the prospective properties in person on my behalf and provided live video tours, enabling me to view and ask questions. In our first meeting I quickly realized she is very detail oriented, research driven, and highly efficient. Every conversation was valuable and intentional without feeling sale-sy or impersonal. Heather helped us sell our house in Lakewood and buy our house in Avon. She could not have made the process any better. She was very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond in any way she could.

In the high stress parts of the process she was patient and understanding of the emotion that is involved. That went a long way with us as we were planning a wedding and getting married the same month as buying and selling.

She even put us in contact with contractors and coordinated a carpet measurement before we had even closed on the house.

All in all we could not have found a better agent. I will highly recommend Heather to anyone and will not hesitate to call her the next time I need a realtor.
