Heather Stasiak

Heather come from the small town of North Hampton, New Hampshire, from two loving parents that are still together to this day and raised to believe that compassion for others is the single most important thing you can give in life. When she entered real estate after a short (but dangerous) 11- month stint in social work, she did so with the energy she give everything: 212%. 212 degrees is where water boils. At 211 degrees it is still extremely hot, but not boiling. One degree is all it takes. She set out to give that one extra degree-one extra percent-in everything she does.
She had a wonderful career in real estate in the Manchester area from 1998 until approximately 2007. Heather took a little time off to stay home with my then 5-year-old twin girls until she got divorced and moved back to the Seacoast. She was fortunate to meet the man of my dreams in 2012 and they married in 2014, which added another girl the same age to her life with twins! They have three amazing girls that just graduated high school.
After missing real estate after two years away from it, she got back in in 2010, met Nancy Beveridge, an amazing mentor and partner in 2012, then opened her own company, Studio H Real Estate in February 2017. She was proud to own a wonderful, boutique real estate firm but she ended up managing more than she was selling.
After merging her company with Brick & Barn Real Estate in July 2019, Heather realized that Aland Realty Group is where she belongs. Their passion for a new era of doing real estate “the right way” means putting the basics first: compassion for people and knowledge that is ever-growing.
