Heather has a proven track record of satisfied clients. She is highly qualified, with over 25 years of experience in residential resale, new construction, rural property, acreage, and investment properties. Her experiences have increased her knowledge immensely in this field. As a result, she is competent in a wide range of specialties, such as relocation, military moves, listing, buyer agency, first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and seniors. Real Estate is not merely a hobby for Heather; it is a passion to which she dedicates the full force of her professional time and energy. She constantly strives to learn more by attending seminars and workshops to ensure her customers receive the top care they deserve and have come to expect from her.

Heather became a licensed real estate agent with Farm & Home Realty in Emporia, KS, in 1997 while still a junior in college. This initial encounter with the profession reinforced her desire to pursue it further. A year later, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Emporia State University. Utilizing her background and skillset, she has been an active force in the real estate field ever since.

Upon graduation, Heather became a licensed assistant to Norma Safely, a Top 10 producer, at Plaza Real Estate in Wichita. While working with Norma, Heather continued to list and sell homes actively. In 2010, she realized her dream as she branched out independently and began working independently. Since then, she has been in the Top 10 of her company and has an established team in the Top 3 Sales teams for Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate repeatedly over the years. She has also been a Wichita Real Producers Top 300 agent since its inception in 2020.

Heather takes pride in being a part of the esteemed ranks of practicing professionals in the valuable specialty of Real Estate. Her unique approach to the business is not that of an agent driving for a sale, but rather a guide for her clients. When not serving her clients or the community, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Tom, share a love for the Denver Broncos and are active in their church community. They can often be found playing volleyball or cheering on their children in various sporting events. A good book is Heather's ideal way to unwind after a busy day. She describes herself as a dedicated, happy, and fortunate individual, and she brings that positivity and commitment to everything she undertakes.
