Heather Switala

Heather Switala is a realtor and Certified Residential Appraiser at Agresti Real Estate. She got her start in the industry in 2003 as an Appraisal Assistant in the Pittsburgh area. Heather became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2006. In 2010, she moved to Erie and became part of the team at Agresti Real Estate. She became a PA Licensed Salesperson and realtor in 2015. She has had valuable experience over the years with a multitude of appraisal types. She has worked with a multitude of different clients, including banks and appraisal management companies on many types of transactions. She is approved on the FHA Roster and familiar with their regulations. Heather feels that her years of experience with different facets of the industry gives her an edge that is unique and special.
