When there were gray areas about certain verbiage in documents, Heather was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. As she sat with us at our kitchen table, she explained not only what was involved in listing our home in Doylestown but also explained the current real estate market to us. Heather is, by far, the best real estate professional we’ve ever worked with! We were new to the area, and needed a lot of guidance. Heather was thorough in identifying our needs and wants, was extremely quick and always available to answer any questions or concerns. She didn’t waste time driving us around to properties that she knew wouldn’t work for us. Once we identified the property we wanted, Heather got in there immediately, FaceTimed a walkthrough with us (as we were from out of town), so that we could drive up the next day to submit our offer. She negotiated on our behalf beautifully, and once the the offer was accepted, went above and beyond to find the answers to all questions and handled all the township, zoning, and land issues quickly and efficiently.
Heather knows her stuff. We asked for her honest opinion on things as we didn’t know the area well, and she didn’t sugarcoat things, yet guided as well.,

Heather Walton of Class-Harlan, Doylestown, PA, helped us find a wonderful home in Bucks County. She was a pleasure to work with clearly had our best interests in mind every step of the way, and previously she found a home for our son, as well.
Calling on her extensive knowledge of the Bucks County area, she guided and advised us. We were moving from out of state, and we could always count on Heather to respond quickly to texts/emails/phone calls. She answered or investigated to find answers to all our questions.
We were 2 hours’ drive from Bucks County, and Heather made accommodations in her schedule to be available. We appreciated her expertise and candor in pointing out positives of a property as well as its shortcomings that we did not notice. After the home we wanted was taken off the market, Heather stayed in touch with the seller so that when it was offered again, we were able to purchase it.
Lastly, Heather implemented and walked us through all stages of the property transfer—even driving us to the closing during a snow event. We are happy in our new place, and forever grateful to Heather and her associates at Class-Harlan.
