Meet Heather Whittall, a passionate and experienced real estate broker serving Washington State, the Greater Seattle area, and the Eastside. With a mission to expertly guide clients through their current transition and launch them into their next adventure, Heather offers a tailored, fun, memorable, exciting, and low stress real estate experience. Heather has lived across the country and internationally and traveled extensively in the United States and abroad. She relocated to Washington after falling in love with the Pacific Northwest over 20 years ago. Since then, she has spent the majority of her time exploring the unique and exciting lifestyles available in Washington State.

With 20+ years of exploring Washington and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Heather brings a unique blend of legal expertise and local knowledge to the table. As a Certified Negotiation Expert with extensive negotiation and contract management experience, Heather is equipped to expertly navigate the complexities of the real estate process. Her passion for helping people find their way home, opening doors, and serving as a North Star, makes her a trusted advisor in the industry. The client experience is Heather's top priority, and as an Advisory Board Member for Bellevue College Tombolo Institute Customer Experience Program, she is committed to delivering exceptional service.

In her free time, Heather continues to explore the PNW and gives back to the community as a volunteer for the Kokanee Work Group and Plateaupians for Peace, as well as a supporter of the Sammamish Animal Sanctuary.
