Thanks for Hebe so our family get a place called "Home, sweet home" in Bay area. Hebe was actually my third realtor that we had. We spent over 8 months with our last two realtors and put in 22 offers for various houses in Bay area. No success. Then, our friends recommended Hebe to us. Our first offer was beat by $150,000 more than the one we input. The market was crazy. On our second offer to another house (our current home), Hebe gave some very important more tactic for the offer. We took her advices and it actually worked out!!! We were all grateful for Hebe's professional opinion. We would definitely have her again once we are ready for our second house.

Absolutely the best realtor in the San Jose/Silicon Valley. This is my second house with Hebe. She was as helpful as last time. I was shocked that she told us to put in the offer that was 200k less than listed price. My wife and me decided to take her advice after discussing and guess what, the owner took our offer!!! It was a dream to come true. Now my family can play and enjoy the bigger house.
