Hector was the best realtor we could have hope for. From those moments that we ran at him in some open house events, we saw how he interacts with people we know that we needed to get him as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we were quite nervous and apprehensive in the entire process. But with Hector vast knowledge in real state he made it all smooth for us. Hector walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped us through the negotiations. My wife and I were out of state buyers and just happened to meet Hector who was a listing agent at a house we were viewing. We were so impressed by his professionalism and honesty that we asked him to help us purchase a home. This was a new experience for my wife and I. We did not know what to expect and the process of purchasing a second home. Hector was amazing to say the least. We gave him a list of properties that we wanted to see and he gave us a tour of those properties in a good timely manner.
