Heide Warren has been at the forefront of local San Diego North County real estate since 1988. Having managed one of the nation's top-producing offices for many years, she is well-known and respected among her constituents. Heide is currently the owner/broker of Lake and Coast Real Estate, the only physical real estate office in Lake San Marcos. Heide chose to purchase her dream home in the resort community of Lake San Marcos. Offering a sense of community and the feeling of small-town America, Lake San Marcos met her life-long dream of living on a golf course and being part of a neighborhood. The Lake so inspired her, that she has written her first novel, “Crossing Yesterday, An Evening Cocktail of Humor and Sentiment."
