Heidi Bernier

As a lifelong native of Vermont, with nearly 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, licensed in Vermont and New Hampshire, Heidi offers her customers and clients a keen knowledge of the area and the local real estate market. She takes pride in providing personalized service, catering to the individual requirements of her clients and customers, along with providing a creative marketing approach.
Trained in representation of homebuyers as well as sellers, Heidi earned her CBR designation (Certified Buyer Representative) in 1996. In 2022 she earned her designation as a SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, in order to better assist the needs of buyers and sellers aged 55+.
Many people and services are required to bring a transaction to a successful closing, including: mortgage brokers, engineers, building inspectors, insurance agents, attorneys and title companies. Her years of working full-time in the field of Real Estate have gained her the contacts and experience needed to guide her clients and customers through the process. She has raised two children who attended both local public and private schools. She is now enjoying her granddaughters. Heidi resides in Westminster West, surrounded by nature, family, and a supportive community. She never takes for granted how fortunate she is to live in such a wonderful place. She comes from several generations of Vermonters, most of whom live in the area. Her family is comprised of maple sugar makers, masons, woodworkers, builders, and teachers.
Some of Heidi’s favorite activities include cooking and gardening. With all the terrific local farm stands and co-ops, finding local, quality food is not a problem. Hiking/walking, cross-county skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, and cycling are favorite outdoor activities of mine.
