Best agent we've ever had! After buying and selling many homes in several states, we've had some very good agents and some we'd never use again. When we started looking in Florida, we were referred to Heidi Choiniere by another agent from the Atlantic side. Heidi has always been there for us, showing us potential homes, some we liked and others we just turned away from. She always would promptly answer our questions and give advice. She even recommended a good seafood restaurant for a Mother's Day dinner!
We feel we made the best choice in selecting Heidi to represent us.
Should we need an agent in the future, Heidi will be the first we call.
From our experience, we highly recommend Heidi. She is by far the best agent we've had.

Heidi for the WIN!! We are from out of state and wanted to buy a home in Florida. We contacted Heidi to request she be our real estate agent based on the recommendation of our neighbors who had successfully purchased a home in Florida with Heidi as their agent.
Choosing Heidi was our best decision. She is knowledgeable and professional. She listened to us and worked very hard to find properties that matched our criteria. She was not daunted when our criteria changed, but adjusted the search accordingly. Heidi will go to every length to find the right property for a perspective buyer. Hardest working realtor in SW Florida. Heidi is the consummate real estate professional. She is authentic, super attentive, and very tenacious. She has a ton of energy, always positive. She has significant experience and it shows. She knows the area, and the market very well. She doesn't mince words, and always came across as very professional. Heidi always made herself available for our calls, and answered every single one of our questions. She endlessly searched for homes and did video walk throughs for us, and did not give up until we found a home. We are so glad we found Heidi. To say that she did an amazing job for us would be an understatement.

When I first met Heidi, there was an instant click. She felt like family! I have never dealt with a more caring, experienced, respectful and professional realtor in my life. There was no pressure. We were selling our rental and it was not always easy to show the home, she was patient with the situation and she helped us sell the home for a good amount over asking price, and fast. Best realtor!
Buying a house can be a scary situation especially for someone like me who has never bought a property before by myself. It can be confusing and overwhelming but Heidi reassured me everything will be fine and that she would make sure the process would go nice and smooth for me. She answered my calls or text messages right away if I had any questions. She explain things to me I did not understand. Her manner is very professional but she also made you feel like you were her best friend! Highly recommend Heidi as your realtor! She was wonderful to work with! I love my new condo very much!

NY to FL relocation
Heidi was great at helping us find a house in a specific area of North Port. We wanted to be in a neighborhood with sidewalks and family friendly atmosphere.
