Heidi Nevin

Heidi Nevin is a true example of the core tenets of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand, whether she’s exceeding expectation or enhancing her clients’ lifestyles. Heidi lives by the mantra that luxury is an experience, not a price point, and takes her level of service seriously; she approaches each day as the opportunity to provide a type of client care that has become rare in today’s market. At the core, Heidi believes that real estate is about relationships and helping clients successfully navigate through the process. She feels privileged to be a part of her clients’ journeys, from sharing in the excitement of helping buyers find “the one” to making the selling process as smooth as possible while maximizing return on investment. In every interaction with clients, Heidi shares her knowledge, expertise and attention to detail, all with the goal of helping her clients achieve—and often exceed—their real estate goals. After growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Heidi spent time in Phoenix, San Diego, and Portland. When the time came for Heidi to relocate back to Washington State, she knew that she had to remain with the Sotheby’s International Realty family. She was drawn to align with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty for their market leadership, collaborative approach, and excellent team of top brokers. Heidi specializes in all property types and price points, with a focus on South Seattle in the Kent and Maple Valley area. Heidi lives in Renton with her husband and their black lab rescue pup. She enjoys tennis, hot yoga, running and spending time with family. An avid runner, Heidi volunteers with Girls on the Run to help inspire young runners to be healthy and confident.
