We listened our house in Colonie with Heidi back in August she was away in Florida when we reached out to her to put our home on the market she was getting married in just a few days she said no worries I will get everything going for you , 2 days later photographer was at our house taking pictures and our house was on the market 2 days later with multiple offers . Heidi is fantastic. She became family through the process. We had some challenging circumstances with the sale of this house and Heidi helped us at every turn. Putting in some major elbow grease to stage the house for photos and showings, our family and friends didn't recognize the place when Heidi finished (it never looked so good!!). With intimate knowledge of the Rotterdam area she was able to perfectly position the home to sell quickly and over asking! From our first phone call to well beyond closing, Heidi has remained in contact as a guide, negotiator, contractor, coordinator, friend and all around awesome person. Earlier within the month of October I had a lot of issues getting into contact with rental offices, leaving voice mails but never getting a response. My next plan of action was to reach out to real estate agents to see if i could get assistance for housing in the area of Malta.

Heidi was the first to respond to me. She was very understanding of my situation and put herself out to help me in a real time of need. Find a simple 1 bedroom loft that I'm falling in love with. In a desperate time Heidi was most definitely a savior and a strong shoulder to lean on. My husband and I met Heidi almost 4 years ago. Our attorney recommened her to us and that is the best advise we've ever gotten! Heidi has helped us with selling 2 properties. We received more than the asking price on one and sold within days of listing on both of them. Heidi made us feel like we were her only clients. Could not be happier!! Heidi helped us buy our dream house!! It was difficult to be first time home buyers in such a sellers market. Houses were listed higher priced and selling over asking and very quickly. We lost the first house we bid on and I am beyond grateful for that now. I thought I wanted that one, it was disappointing. Heidi really earned my respect on this guy’s purchase. As always I’m skeptical using someone new, however; she proved me wrong by going above and beyond finding my dream home and helped to push the closing, got it done in 30 days, Unbelievable!! If it wasn’t for her connections, tenacity and great attitude it would have never happened. She went out of her way multiple times for me, even on Sunday’s, just to keep me in a good place. Who else would do that??? (BTW I made my offer on Memorial Day weekend) That’s right no one. I highly recommend her if you want your buying or selling of a home to be as painless as possible and a good experience vs. the typical nightmare.
