I got ahold of Heidi by phone around 615p one evening. I didn't expect her to answer. I wanted to list my home but wanted a real go getter with lots of enthusiasm and professionalism! She suited up and showed uptrend next morning. After meeting her and listening to her and showing us how her real estate company works, we signed the contract. Sign in yard next day. Her team is awesome. They keep you updated and posted on everything. I could also text or call Heidi at anytime and she would answer. She is very likeable, sincere, professional, eager. Very happy with Heidi and Palm Realty. She sold our home in 4 months. Thank, Cindy and Jeremy.

I can’t say enough good things about Heidi! But if I forget, she’ll remind me! I love Heidi! We’ve been friends ever since we first met. She sold my husband and I our first home in 2016. We parted ways and unfortunately he passed in January 2024 but Heidi was there for a shoulder and to help me get thru the process of selling his home. I appreciate her professionalism, her friendship and the fact that she is there if you need her. I didn’t know Heidi when I moved here but I have a friend and someone I can count on. Love you Heidi!! Heidi was amazing to work with!! It wasn’t easy to find and buy a house in Florida while living in New Jersey. She was very responsive to our needs. Her knowledge of the area helped direct us in finding the perfect home.

Heidi Schrock and her team LUCAS ADAMS were able to very quickly sell our home and as soon as the contract was signed we had a contract on THE DREAM HOME… They works hours on hours to secure this piece of paradise… I can’t count how many text after 9pm between Heidi, Lucas, My wife, Josh McCombs Core financial, and Terrance the sellers agent… we successfully closed in less than a month… 30 days total including Christmas and New Years so all in all less than ten actual business days from selling contract signing to purchase contract signing to close and move in the same day!!! Lucas Adams helped my family with some moving and even offered to have his friends help!!! Way above and beyond!!! Total Professionalism at the finest… can say we have added another member to our extended family, and that is how Heidi and her team makes you feel!!!
