Heidi Spencer

Heidi Spencer, a realtor with The Douglass Group at Keller Williams Coastal Realty, has over fifteen years’ real estate experience and a proven track record of success. She is currently among the top 10% of all agents within her company and within the top 20 Realtors in all of Strafford County. Heidi brings 14 years of corporate sales and marketing experience to her clients. Her significant knowledge of sales and marketing allows her to effectively generate awareness of, and interest in, her client’s properties. She excels at matching clients with their dream homes, tirelessly searching new and existing listings to find a perfect fit. Heidi works collaboratively with her clients throughout the entire process, providing key information, without overwhelming them. She offers ongoing advice and support, making transactions as stress-free as possible for her clients. Heidi is a member of several top industry associations, including the New Hampshire Association of realtors, National Association of realtors, the Northern New England Real Estate Network and The Strafford County Board of realtors. She has volunteered at Mast Way Elementary School, the Girl Scouts of America and served on the Board for the Oyster River Otters Swim Team. Heidi was born and raised in Revere, MA. She attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs and has lived all over New England. She raised her daughter in Durham, NH and currently resides in Dover, NH with her husband, daughter and dog.
