Heidi Wagner has lived and worked in the Hudson Valley for over forty years. She resides in the hamlet of Cragsmoor, a community of historic homes and extraordinary natural beauty high atop the Shawangunk Ridge. She came to real estate after a fifteen-year career as Manager of Sam’s Point Preserve, a 5,000-acre natural area, managed by The Nature Conservancy. During that time, she served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT and introduced the Firewise USA program to her community to help homeowners learn how to protect themselves and their property in the event of a wildfire. Working in the non-profit sector, she learned how to wear multiple hats and developed excellent educational and communication skills, which are essential to a strong client/agent relationship. She is detail oriented, has an extraordinary work ethic, is a skilled negotiator for buyers and sellers, and is extremely attentive to their needs. Heidi believes her past professional experiences, which include a background in art and design, have proven to be well suited for the challenges of her present career as a real estate salesperson for Howard Hanna Rand Realty. She serves the towns located in Ulster, Sullivan, Orange and Dutchess County.
