Heidy Hurst is passionate about what she does. As a Bay Area Realtor for nearly 20 years, she has sold millions in real estate transactions, was voted “Best Realtor” for Brentwood in 2005, has earned the Five Star Sales Award for three years and counting, and most recently was awarded Hall of Fame Status for 2017. But beyond the numbers and awards, Heidy’s greatest accomplishment has been the countless families she has been able to help. For her, every transaction is a new challenge, and a new way to be of service to others, guiding clients through the emotional and life-changing process that is buying or selling a home. And it is this piece which gives her the greatest joy as a realtor.

Originally from the South Bay, Heidy moved to Brentwood in 1998 and has been building her roots in the community ever since. Her focus and expertise lie in unique custom residential properties, gated communities, ranches, and deep-water real estate. Heidy started the ‘Million Dollar Mania’ in Brentwood in 2005, holding record sales year after year. She was interviewed by local cable network Channel 5, Ann Notarangelo, to discuss the ‘Million Dollar’ housing market that was sweeping the air waves in the East Bay. Her unparalleled market knowledge, negotiating skills and immense experience have garnered a widely respected reputation throughout the community. Always ‘Client First,’ Heidy’s top priority is always her clients, and she strives to go above the call of duty in every situation.
